from right inside
the entryway.
(where all the other
scooters remain hanging;
i guess
beat-up-blue and
whacked-out-black
aren’t as tempting)

at least she had a week’s fun!

(and i do feel sorry for whoever
took it home because it has
2 labelmaker labels with our
name and address on it and
then on the bottom, it says,
‘caroline cates’
with a big heart for the ‘o’,
so someone somewhere
is riding around with a
hearty-’o’ that’s not their name.

hey, maybe the girl’s name
is
‘caroline’.
well, at least that would be
the tiniest bit wackyredemptive.)
