have something in your apt that is
taking up too much space?
evidently,
you can just bike-lock it
to a public sign out front
and rest easy.
this granny cart is a permanent-resident
on 70th street and it makes me pause,
hmmmm.
what could i chain up out front
so it wouldn’t take up space in my apt?

In Oklahoma, people just put stuff they don’t want out by the curb with a free sign on it.
Maybe someone should add the free sign to the cart.
