photography staff strike

my photography staff
went on strike.

the staff of one, that is.

my trusty finepix had
taken onetoomany hits,
raised her white flag,
rolled over and
went into eternal
camera sleep
about 3 wks ago.

and yesterday, daddy sent us
his good ol trusty
silver nikon.

voila!
we’re back in business.
thanks, dad.

caroline is yelling _________!

and don’t you think once
a boy’s jeans have
holes in both knees
it’s time for the
circular file?

there are five snuggly
humans in my  bed
right now;
i’m about to make it
six.
